How to Cover Up Gray Eyebrow Hairs

by Nancy on October 21, 2011

The no eyebrow look may be okay for Mona Lisa but not for the rest of us.

It’s horrible enough the day you  notice a silvery glint on your head that announces your first gray hair (most of us get a few years of yanking them out before we have to resort to ongoing hair color.) Now, to add insult to injury, I’ve started noticing a couple gray hairs in my eyebrows and it’s not such a simple issue to yank them out.

For one thing, most people don’t have as many hairs in their eyebrows, and for another, you can’t pull many hairs out before your eyebrows lose their shape. I’m pretty sure no one wants patchy, bald looking eyebrows (unless, of course, you are the model for the Mona Lisa.)

Fortunately, after trying eyebrow pencils and brushing on powdered eye shadows with varying degrees of success, I’ve found the perfect product, Paula’s Choice Brow/Hair Tint. It comes in a tube and looks exactly like a mascara wand, except it dispenses way less product than mascara does. It’s the quickest, easiest way I’ve found to cover  grays while keeping my eyebrows looking natural. I haven’t seen this type of product anywhere else and it would also be perfect for those of you whose eyebrows have faded or those who dislike futzsing with powders and pencils and blending.

Check it out and let me know what you think. I’m guessing you’ll find it a just the right thing 😎 .

Not to mention trying to pluck that one gray hair without taking others with it! Thank you from the bottom of my eyebrow hairs!

That’s it…with my close up vision failing I can’t begin to get my tweezers around one gray hair.
